A major new fishing tackle supplier has opened in Pulborough, West Sussex offering a welcome new outlet at the heart of some of the best angling country in England.
Tidal Angling offers an extensive range of rods, reels, poles, nets, floats, and hooks. In addition, it is major stockist of frozen baits and ground baits.
The new shop is managed by top match angler Paul Williams, and is owned by Mac Newman who has more than 30 years experience in the trade.
Mr Newman said: “We are delighted to be opening in Pulborough and look forward to providing help and expertise as well as the leading brands available to today’s modern angler.
“The area around Pulborough offers a terrific range of fishing. As well as three rivers, the Rother, Arun and Adur, there are a number of lakes stocked with a big range of freshwater fish offering competitive anglers a great day’s sport.
“We have a broad customer base and already anglers of every age and experience are visiting us from a 25 mile radius around the village. We are open throughout the week and on Saturdays and Sundays.â€
Mr Newman also owns Premier Angling in Horsham and has worked alongside and advised some of the leading match anglers in the UK.
Tidal Angling is a major stockist of Fox, ESP, Shimano, Korda and Gardner The shop is also a major pole dealer for Maver, Preston Innovations and Daiwa. Baits include Mainline, Richworth and Dynamite.
