Every year, tackle companies travel the world in order to promote their products to the tackle trade. Many also have reps who receive samples to travel around the UK and beyond, showing shop owners all the latest offerings.

And then you get the mishaps at the warehouse. Somebody spills a cup of coffee on a pallet of reels, a roof leaks and the cardboard boxes containing waders get wet, that sort of thing.

What happens to this stock? Obviously, it can’t be sold alongside the perfectly packaged stuff. And it’s just plain daft to think of throwing it away.

Well, we know what happens to quite a lot of it – TackleBargains buy it and then sell it on at discounted prices!

March 2008 saw TackleBargains adding a link on their homepage to search their MASSIVE range for such ex-display items, as well as hugely discounted overstocked items.

Pay them a visit and click on the link. Grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee and spend a few minutes searching through the results. I just did and I found waders, reels, knives, line, rods, fishfinders, floats, scales and all manner of fishing tackle bargains!

A lot of these items are “one offs” and really are on a first come, first served basis, so the listings will change from day to day.

Visit www.TackleBargain.com today and grab yourself your own tackle bargain!
