Knowledge positions (Gnosticism or agnosticism) are distinct from positions of belief (Theism or atheism).

It's a distinction that's kinda lost on most people.

Once you understand he difference, things are pretty muck black and white.

Amen to that ;-)

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Not the kind of soldier I'd like to share a fox hole with, a bayonet through the rib cage beats a plea to the invisible friend any day.

Are you posting under the influence again or has the missus gone to bed and you're just a bit lonely?

Cory and I are both sceptics but have a read back and you'll see that we have very different views on many things.

I consistently come out on a political compass check as a libertarian leftie but I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm slightly to the right of Genghis Khan and then of course, there's Brexit...

I work the afternoon 2-10 shift, so this is my evening - me time Tea time!!

I'm never lonely though, I'm not averse to my own company.

My wife's still gets very tired due to the Radiotherapy re her breast cancer treatment I mentioned earlier.

We've had a very tough couple of years - what with that, compounded with losing her Mam & Dad within 12 Months.

My Mam - a 90 yo dementia sufferer has now had to be placed in a home.

Don't be so quick to Judge - It's not easy!!

No, no, no. I'm a Ghengis Khan fan! We also share a distinct distrust of God botherers, but there is still Brexit ;-)

"Man's highest joy is in victory: to conquer one's enemies; to pursue them; to deprive them of their possessions; to make their beloved weep; to ride on their horses; and to embrace their wives and daughters."

Ghengis Khan

I especially like the horses, wives and daughters bit.

I like my own company too. Just as bloody well since I live on my own. I'm munching on a whole roast chicken tandoori at the moment.

One can be surrounded by other people and still be lonely.
