Chesters, I think that you'll find that the Signal Crayfish carry a disease which wipes out the natives when they are sharing the same piece of water. Not 100% sure but I think that's the case,somebody will surely tell me if it's wrong. :cool:

teepee, I was sorry to read of your misfortune but there was really nothing I could have said that I felt would have made a difference. That is how I saw it at the time,obviously you would have preferred some sort of message rather than none at all,sorry is all I can say now.

I have a Leeds and an Adcock Stanton(amongst others) the Adcock Stanton under normal conditions is useless on the Stour but perfect on the Avon,the Leeds works fine on the Stour,the difference being the weight of the drum,the Stanton has a heavy one which needs a good flow to keep it moving. :cool:
