  1. Cheers Newt. Oh i definately have a lid , one of the main reasons for making it is to have something to sit on. I live in langley peter and work in loddon hence going past the flood every day. Who has the boat at langley? just out of curiosity. [ 27. May 2004, 10:52 PM: Message edited by: Lee-sox ]

  3. quote: They do camo buckets in Angling Direct I don't do the camo thing, Can't SEE the point quote: Lee-Sox you need some holes in the bottom for the water to drain off Good idea why didn't i think of that
  4. All the lures in the pic are new, i treat myself to some new ones every year. Hopefully they will all be good The creek chub pikies have been VERY good to me in the past, so that is one i get new every year, usually due to the hamering its predecessor gets the season before
  5. I cant remember who posted about using a bucket to store lures in but i stole the idea and made one. good huh
  6. cheers peter. i went for a walk down the path at the weekend which actually led me to posting the topic. i will give the trust a ring and see what they say. Thanks again for looking into it

  12. Why would you want to remove the branding? Does it have benefits?
  13. Missed that one elton but kilroy was hilarious, does he ever stop to breathe.
  14. Oh i know they are there peter, ive witnessed three, On two occaisons its been my best mate reeling them in. I don't see my quest for a 20 as an obsession more of a goal that i one day hope to achieve, and all the trips up to and after will be as enjoyable as the day its self. You have caught your 20 and i bet that on that day you went home with a certain sense of achievement, i know i will
  15. Thanks tim. Brundall is about 20 mins drive from me so i will have a look at the weekend.
  16. quote: And now it has to be twenty pounds plus Nothing wrong with having a goal in life Ive spent the last 8 odd years after pike and it would be nice to know what a 20lber feels like. [ 22. May 2004, 05:53 PM: Message edited by: Lee-sox ]
  17. quote: But then I presume you are quoting Harris's price? Indeed quote: I think there are better alternatives for multi hook lures Care to share Id like it to be compact, tidy and able to hold about 25-30 lures of various types Cheers for the link newt, my Aunt is coing over from Florida soon so i will try and persuade her to bring somthing with her, if i choose one from them all
  18. Hsa anyone got one of these or know of any alternatives? Im thinking of buying one and would like to hear your opinions. The dart (pictured) is £40 and i can't rally afford that so im really looking for an alternative but if its good i will have to find the money. Isn't it weird how quickly you can find money for fishing gear ( just don't tell the missus ) [ 22. May 2004, 01:56 PM: Message edited by: Lee-sox ]
