This is only your opinion though. Research shows that talking on a phone when driving is MORE distracting than the above, and I do all of them too.
The difference between us is that I know in my heart of hearts that I don't drive as well when I am on my mobile phone.
Whilst I sympathise with your scepticism regarding the research, if one were to follow your thinking to its logical conclusion then no research can be said to be 100% independent since someone has to pay for it.
