Mustad have been around donkey's years,(one of the first sea hooks on the market,i should know ,i was using them in 1976 deep sea fishing off wrecks in north wales/constable bouy/the 10 minute pitch,tanker pitch (liverpool bay)white beach,the skerries,the straights, MUSTAD SWIVELS(size 10 DO NOT FIT KORDA LEAD GRIPS size 10).nor do they fit e.s.p. SOBER AND PASSIONATE ........i havnt got a problem.....i just hate campers ,pissheads and gangs of wannabe CARPERS who havnt got a fkn clue HOW TO "EVEN APPROACH A LAKE " P1shead 1" lets go carp fishing" p*shead 2"lets get some stella" p*shead 1"put the cypry dome up" p*shead 2" crack open a wife beater" p*shead 1"this is how matt hayes does it" pi*head 2"lets scream and shout and build a fire in our swim. pis*ead 1"no,furk the fishing. lets just get ****** .come back next week with our boys.in the meantime,lets leave the proper carpers to catch F*CK ALL!!!!!!

  8. can anyone tell me what size korda swivels go with size 10 korda lead clips.local tackle shop didnt have any korda swivels so i just got some size 10 mustad barrel swivels and guess what? they dont fit ..Aaagghh......

Gas for me also.i used a coleman for years .dirty ,smelly and potentially more likely to explode in your face than gas.i have a small double burner cooker powered by a 4.5kg gas bottle which i can leave on very low in the bivvy and it just takes the chill out of the air.while some say to leave the bottle outside,i prefer to just have it inside the bivvy so that it doesnt get too cold in a heavy frost.(making sure there are no leaks with a soapy water test ).it might take a bit longer to boil water than petrol ,but hey,ive got all night... frosty

  16. its an early january,night fished caught carp,from one of the hardest waters in the north west.not an early january pike,which are 10 a penny.
  17. scousers dont need to pinch hubcaps pete,we just take the whole car these days.anyway,who needs to pussyfoot around catching easy prey like pike in the middle of winter when you can catch "proper" fish like this. burton mere

  19. llyn y gors has now changed hands and the bait ban has been lifted.this has prompted me to now buy a winter ticket.i will let you know how i get on.i intend to use mainline on there this winter.
  20. thanks salar.im looking for something in the region of upto 12k.length no bigger than 36ft/no smaller than 22ft,ideally about 26-28ft.must be inboard,diesel with enclosed wheelhouse.im not bothered about speed as long as it will take a fairly heavy sea.regards Andy.....
