  1. Driving to the office this morning on the motorway, I looked over to my right and there was a woman in a BMW doing 90 miles per hour with her face up next to her rear view mirror putting on her eyeliner! I looked away for a couple of seconds and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane, still working on that makeup!!! It scared me so badly that I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked the bacon roll out of my other hand. In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the car using my knees against the steering wheel, it knocked my mobile from my ear, which fell into the coffee between my legs, splashed and burned my 'Meat'n two veg', causing me to scream, which made me drop the cigarette out of my mouth, ruined my shirt and DISCONNECTED AN IMPORTANT CALL!!! BLOODY WOMEN DRIVERS !!!
  2. Thankyou everyone narrowed the selection down from the 105billion from a google search i made a basic site using publisher (rubbish really) Im getting Frontpage so i'll give that a try before coming back to the other recommendations. Ive had a couple of offers for people to build it but i would really prefer to do it myself and learn as i go along, though been no computer wiz it usually take me a while to figure things out. (god knows how many hours i spend sat starring at this screen totally confused ) £650 sorry to hear that give em a slap from me

Try talking to the baliff and see whats a good bait or walking round the venues your going to fish and taking a quick peek at what others are using/catching with dont be too nosy though hope this helped a bit

  10. quote: They've banned boilies on the river or just stillwaters? Its a blanket ban on all there waters both river and stillwater ohh as well as tiger nuts and such like This arrose when some1 illegaly put the odd carp in the local pond, and they decided to make it perfectly clear to every1 that this is not a "carp lake" I can understand the viewpoint on this because everywhere i turn "carp lakes" are springing up at the expense of some of the what used to be quite prolific silverfish waters. Not been against any type of fishing myself as i go piking, sea fishing, trout fishing as well as the odd trip to a "carp puddle". I feel there too many antis between different kinds of anglers but hey lets save that for another topic
  11. Thank for the welcome ive been visiting a couple of months just never bothered to register Problem barbel There most definately not a problem. Unfortunately my clubs banned boilies on their waters, a bit of "carpophobia" me thinks Tidal Trent carp disappeared  Nah i'll have em this year --------------Well with any luck
  12. Keen to give the trent carp a go when open season finally arrives. I will be fishing a club stretch where i know they reside though arent targetted as its mainly match fished. Was planning on using Hallibut Pellets and pva bags which i had quite a bit of barbel success on last year, as well as having a hook pull out of what i estimate as a 20lb carp. Not really a being a carp fisherman wondered if any1 has any tips/tricks for getting them on the bank?
  13. Sounds very much like the problems our club lake is going through with cormorants. It had been fishing well until the cormorants decended now u struggle for a bite. Have u thought about other methods of scaring, i recently saw a "scaryman" an inflatable orange man which pops up out a boat and lets off a sceaming noise, does any1 know anything about these?
