Hi guys, should be doing an overnighter this Wednesday at a local lake. Stocked quite well with some nice Carp into the 20's, loads of doubles, but this was in summer when I last fished it. With the weather being a bit cooler now what tactics would you suggest for me to use? I have plenty of pellets, parti mix and boilies as usual, but wondering if they'd feed well over a big bed of bait, as it's still quite cold or would it be best to use single hookbait, or small PVA bag... Any thoughts?

I must admit, I think Arsenal are the favourites now. Looking at their run in, it looks a damn sight easier than ours (Spurs) Arsenal: Portsmouth (A) West Brom (H) Spurs (H) Sunderland (A) Man City (A) Wigan (H) Spurs: Everton (A) Man U (H) Arsenal (A) Bolton (H) West Ham (A) I can only see Arsenal dropping points against us (I think that will be a draw) so that will be 13 points. And I can see Spurs losing most of the remaining games. Win against Everton and West Ham Lose to Man U and Bolton Draw with Arsenal 7 points. It wouldn't suprise me if we stumble near the end like most seasons.
