  4. I am new to carp fishing and I am a bit confused with all possible rigs that can be used, leadcore, leaders all of this confuses me can anyone please explain or show some easy but effective rigs i could use?

  11. I have found that these bites are (were i fish) generally from roach, try swapping over to caster sometimes helps i find.

I wear camo/realtree clothing all the time but dont really see the need in a bucket etc. I have always worn some sort of camo clothing its not a fashion thing to follow people because most my mates thing im mad when i go to college. But if you like something i dont see why peoples negative comments should bother you in the slightest. oh and one more thing i aint just a carp fisherman

  15. Try using a helicopter rig with either a pop up or better neutraly balanced. This should keep the rig on top of the weed, well it works for me!
  16. Hi mate, for bout 90% of the time I use hooks to nylon there easy and I have had no problems with them, whats easier than a loop to loop attachment? Also eyed hooks weigh a slight bit more because of that itself, the eye. If I am struggling to get bites, as so often is the case! it is easy for me to change the size of the hook ... no need to sit and try and tie a small hook.
  17. If I was spending only a day on the bank say from 9 - 6ish, if i spodded some bait out would it scare them off for the day? thanks in advance guys JPL

  21. Yes I agree, however I have tried to talk to this guy before to ask advice etc and all I got was a frown and a "go away" but least i tried.
  22. Can someone please explain what lead core is used for and why? I believe it is to stop carp banging into your lines since the leadcore would be on the bottom. Is the Fox lead core anti tangle rig any good for presentation?

  24. I have been looking at the Dynamite baits Frenzied Feeder range, they are all particles and wondered if I was to put them into a pva bag does anyone think they would be better than using say just pellets?
