My wife bought a copy of Anglers Mail from tescos last night because she thought i looked bored. First copy i've looked at in many months, if not years, and guess who had a two page spread? Does anyone else enter the free competitions on this site? You can't! because i got 2 sets of prizes through the post this morning from last months competitions . 1 got me no less than nine spools of line and comp 2 got four packets of lovely new sea hooks. Not at all, all we are saying is it that this scheme is allowing women to stay with a violent partner in the full knowledge that they are being abused. And the governement think they are helping by putting a lock on a door instead of locking up the abuser. Paul.

Whew this is tough. I don't own a feeder rod at the moment, that's why is asked for recommendations. The Fox one i mentioned is twin tip avon and quiver, which oddly enough would make a fine feeder rod and is hardly overgunned Paul.

Try lobbing a 2oz feeder full of chopped worms with a match rod. I need something a little meatier (it's for bream and tench too) Paul.

I used to race at the DDRCC, i'm sure some of the Falkirk guys used to come over to race there too. It's been so many years since i last raced, still got my cars though. Might pop along if i get the chance on the way back from fishing, what time do you run until? Paul.

I did a google on this device and it's not quite what i thought. I assumed it was a GPS with a radar detector, it's not, it's only a database warning of previous sites of speed cameras/red light cameras which is only updated every 3 months. As for them paying £60.00 if you get a ticket well if you look a little further they only pay out once in the first year of ownership! no more. I don't think too many will buy it if they take a closer look. Oh BTW the radar detectors currently sold are about to be made illegal (i can just see it now, a radar detector detector van sitting next to a speed camera trying to catch radar detector user....)
