I try only to post good links Norrie. It's a pretty cool service considering that it is free.

A very interesting link. I use LastFM at the moment which is pretty good. I'm a little concerned about that cache though (that's a lot of data) and think I'll hold off and for the moment and have a proper look into it in a month or so to see if any privacy issues come to light.

Make the cache smaller in the preferences. Privacy, you'll need to spell that one out for me, don't get it.

It does look a lot like iTunes Though.

Yep, it does doesnt it...but not a problem for me...I altered the cache to 1gig...it was set at 10gig.....

 

Also, Ken, LastFM is on the preferances page too mate, tho', as a layman, I dont understand what the "gobbledegook"aka scrobbling, all means..:):)

So far I've managed to waste an entire morning, and I'm loving every minute!

 

Currently listening to Runrig, Christy Moore and Bruce Springsteen....(not all at the same time!)

 

I've managed to track down several rather obscure artists and songs that I've been trying to get hold of for ages.

 

What a great resource!
