The unfortunate thing is that this story has made all my local newspapers. Accident or carelessness, we shall never know, but it doesn't make good reading.

So don't buy newspapers. I don't get your point behind all this.

Here you go, Peter - here's another story for you. I drive a car. Should I now hang my head in shame and start apologising to everyone I see, even though it wasn't me?

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Plenty, Glenn.

Trouble is, a decent catch report will slide off of the forum within a couple of days, replaced by sensationalist clap trap, and a barney or two about what's the best rig / best rod / best reel / how far can you cast / what's best......braid or mono, shore or boat, sea or freshwater / where can I buy a.....yawn yawn yawn!

Does anyone actually do any proper fishing these days,

I fished off of Dover Eastern arm last tuesday night Brrrrrr

Caught a shed load, but not gonna post a report because i promised :P

A friend of mine was fishing off of Cromer beach (him being local and all). He had just baited up and was stowing some gear before he cast out. A dog come from nowhere snaffled his bait and hooks and then tried to belt off setting the hooks bolt rig style. After much yelping and shouting from the creatures owner, my mate snipped the dog free. The dogs owner was determined to gain compo for the vets bill. My mate said that as the beach was a no dog walking zone at the time and that the dog wasn't on a lead which it should have been, that the owner should poke off. He also said that as hook wounds can be nasty that he should take the dog to the vets sooner reather than later. Harsh but fair.

As for my own expirience of dog walkers, I have to say that they just let the dogs blow free and not think of the hazards. I think that they have little care for their aminals. I for one feel that to do nothing to ensure the safety of your animals is just as bad as those who are cruel or neglargent( sorry sp).

Take for need not for greed. A wise old fisherman told me and why should I argue with him?
