Oh I do believe it. But it will be a problem visiting a water near you ....very soon.

 

I dont think Otter and Cormorant populations can be supported by our rivers and waters.

in April i went to a place called tinney waters in devon and they have had a otter problem there. They put up a anti otter fence. i know its expensive to do but old wilson just lost 100k worth of fish im sure then fench wont cost that much. Anyway the fence seems to have done the job no sign of otters for the week i was there. As for cormorants, due to our climate getting hotter i believe there will be a sudden increase of the numbers of these bliters.........

We had them on my local Broad for a while. But that was two years ago. No sign of them since. They did breed, saw cubs, if thats the right term, a number of times. But we now have a family of foxes in residence, and, hey presto, no otters! Coincidence maybe??

 

Another good reason for not joining the Countryside Alliance might be that foxes eat otters!!!!
