steve17 - I'll let the UK experts weigh in here but based on the pictures, I'd hazard a guess the boilie is a little large for that hook with the hair at that length.

 

Smaller boilie, larger hook, or longer hair is probably in order to make sure the bait isn't fouling the hook when you get a take.

i agree to but im not an expert either. looks like the rig maybe a little long to but im not to sure!
