Drums(Kit?) good home wanted!!

Recommended Posts

I have just "Aquired" a drum kit and stands from a gent at the local coucil tip as a friend (Soon to be Ex.!!) Said he wanted some for his wife. He was only joking!! I live in halifax and the gear as it is large will have to be collected. Would suit a young lad I suppose and would be a marvellous Xmas pressie!! Not sure what is what but the Biggest drum has "Premier" emblazoned on it. Please ring me on 07960 960065 and I will let the first person who can pick them up have them on a strictly first come first served basis!! I.E. If you ring first you have first go at collecting. I am going over to Rhyl via the M62, M6, M56, A55 tonight if that helps at all!! All this for a small donation to the RSSG fighting fund!! Up to you ladies and gents!!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Reminds me of my teenage years when I did a bit of drumming.

Mind you I was no good at music at all. For instance, I decided I wanted to learn the piano. However after a term and a half the teacher turned to me and said, "You know, Burke, you really are wasting your parent's money!"

It was then that I took up the drums!

Hey Chris,

Sod what Eileen says, what a way to take out your frustrations!!!!!! BRILLIANT :D To hell what the neighbours think, ( dont like them anyway ) You should have set them up at the quayside the other day and beaten the cr*p out of them!!!!! It wouldnt have repaired the hole BUT it would have made you feel so much better about making the hole. :D

Cheers mate the kids (and me) are chuffed to little mint balls :D
