I reported someone to eBay for blatantly copying my item descriptions. In the eyes of the law its a breach of copyright so they should remove the other guys item and slap a warning on him.

 

Don`t hold your breath though...............eBay did absolutely jack about my problem.

Reported yesturday, eBay replied this morning.

They would pull the listing but suggested we

contact this ebayer first.

emailed him and just got a reply saying sorry

and would not do it again.

Replied saying no worries but please use own

pictures and words.

His listing is still at 99p ours is £7.50

just had a copy of mein kampf removed by ebay supposedly because it has racial overtones ,strangly most history books have just the same most war films maybe even visiting HMS victory does :mad:

there was nothing racial if you couldnt read german

even stranger going to here reveals plenty
