ps how long do you cook it for?

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!

Well, at least the soundtrack is appropriate.

 

Why take the shot if you can't be sure of a clean kill ?

The animal got "50 yards" before collapsing and was probably flopping arround in agony for several minutes before you got to it. That really isn't something to be proud of.

 

Was it eaten or did you (the two of you) kill something beautifull for a trophy ?

Here is my wife's first coastal black bear:

 

 

And there was me thinking she'd had sex with it!!

 

I thought Black Bears run away from humans? Not really much of a challenge with a high powered rifle. Now hand to hand would have been more sporting but the bear would have still run away.
