Get up and start work at 0500 and don't drink anything with caffeine in it after lunchtime.

Carl, buy or borrow a batch of carp fishing videos - almost any of them will cure insomnia. I don't think I've ever managed to watch one all the way through - and that's when I've been trying to stay awake!

Guinness does it for me. In extreme cases a quick dip into Sigmund Freud's Introductory Lectures on Psycho-Analysis works a treat.

Argyll, "Characteristics of Early Babylonean Architecture" (unknown author) works better. Guaranteed to have you "zonked out" before the bottom of page two!

 

Alternatively, given your interest in psycho-analysis, try "Freud For The Jung"......
