Don't Tell Leon

I've just been on a bike ride!

Not only that, it's going to be a regular thing.

It's nothing to do with all that bunny-hugging baloney, and not even because of the credit crunch. Basically, I decided about three weeks ago to go full-pelt at losing some weight. Done a stone already (as of today!) through sheer bloody-mindedness when it comes to my eating habits. Now, I'm introducing exercise.

Thing is, I quite enjoyed the bike ride. Only did about 5-6 miles, but I was amazed at how quickly I could cover that distance in!

How long before I start dressing up like a gimp before my daily outing?

Best wait until you've got the confidence to stop riding on the pavements (and assuming that you are already managing without stabilisers). :) :)

Funny that Elton I just bought myself a mountain bike at the weekend and I fixed Sue's up as well.

Thankfully the North Kent marshes are nice and flat and crossed with cycle ways so we will be plodding around there.

I'm 3 stone lighter since last December. A combination of change of diet, walking and cycling.

Cal me Alan the 'Buffet Slayer'! Mind you, many more of these rabbit food meals will have me sporting a pair of long, floppy ears and a pom-pom on my a55!

This is a signature, there are many signatures like it but this one is mine

Wus!

There's some excellent downhill trails from the top of Bluebell Hill!

Indeed, it's a long drop into some of the old quarries, do you take a parachute. B)

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Now that we've got a car we can fit the bikes in, we're planning to go a lot further afield. Just riding round the local area gets a bit boring.
