Crikey. That buys you a medium sized detached house round here. Plenty of 450K properties which the owners have all of the equity in. To be in that position, and retired early... Sod the business prospects, I'd buy it to live in and the lake would be MINE ALL MINE!!

the accomodation is tiny though.51m2 for a lodge(about the size of a 1 bedroom apartment)

and 25m for a chalet?maybe theres a mistake there.

I make it GBP 310,000 at Euro 1.45/gbp.

Am looking for something to offlay tax liabilities and catch my 1st 30 so this fits nicely.

Your right about the accomodation, my man Parker will have to make do with my old Fishrite bivi.

Hope his rheumatics don't play up.

and at todays exchange rate (updated 20 minutes ago) it works out at

 

£289,897.03p

 

so if we're going for this we'd better hurry up n buy it before the french realise there's nothing in the Euro.......oh hold on they already have LOL.
