Jamon Iberico (preferably Pata Negra).

Mojama (Air Dried Tuna Fish)

Tortilla Espanol

Freidura Mixta

Pescado a la Plancha

Almejas al vapor

Navajas a la plancha

Guiso de Venado

Paella ( A proper one done out doors on an open fire )

and Tocina de Cielo con Nata

Macaroni Cheese

Haggis, Neeps and Tatties

Steak Pie

Roast Lamb with all the trimmings

"Christmas Dinner"

Lemon Sole, New Potatoes and broccoli

Pollock, Mashed Tatties and cheese Sauce

Mince and Tatties

Roast Chicken

Steak and chips

 

 

Now I'm hungry :D Going for a bowl of cornflakes

Hi guys

 

I have not been on AN all weekend, so I thought I would check out this topic first of all. I'm starving already. I'm surprised that nobody has given me a hard time about me saucisson d'ane though.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.
