I saw a TV prog

can anyone tell me when (the real good life) prog is on? I saw it on ITV1 on the 31/may a show about three families (reality TV)who had to try to become self sufficient for 12 months.

 

I have done searches for it and tried itv.com but cannot find when it's on next?

Hmmmmmm Having read the advice on the website

 

(Move to Devon, grow vegetables, pick blackberries to make your own summer pudding instead of buying at Marks and Sparks, keep chickens that lay different coloured eggs to "sell at a premium", put your kitchen waste on the compost heap, etc etc)

 

I can see why it was pulled.

 

Naive in the extreme - ask a few North Country hill farmers about "self sufficiency"

 

We don't live in Devon with fancy chickens, but have always done all of the other things. (plus I could catch all the trout we could eat from local "free" waters).

 

Only in jest would we claim to be "self sufficient"
