I still can't get over the fact that he keeps swimming toward the boat with its spinning prop.

I'm seriously considering buying a kayak for estuary and possibly further afield fishing..........first thing i've done is look here, other sites or youtube for sensible advice on how to come back without coughing up seaweed! Far too many people treat water as a benign element imo.

This person will look back in future at this video and realise just how lucky they were to walk away from this without very serious injury.

One thing to remember about kayaks, make sure that whatever you buy is stable enough to allow you to climb back into it should you be tipped overboard. There are ways of getting back onto most but it often needs to be in a specific way which may not be practical in all circumstances. Kayaks are the same as anything else, you get what you pay for.

Have fun getting into yak fishing BP, I've been at it for just over 3 years now and its great, check out the forum here if you haven't already, lots of excellent advice and very safety orientated (they run a basic SOT course as well cost £25 I think but the money goes to the RNLI).

As for the t*at in the video he should have his rib confiscated off him for his own safety let alone everyone elses.
