Christmas pudding with cream followed by mince pie and custard all accompanied by a lightly chilled Sauternes or something similar, anything else just isn't Christmas. santa

Trifle, The one thing my wife 'cooks' that she is seriously good at! (I consider taking stuff from the freezer and heating it up not to be 'cooking'!!)

made my own christmas pudding this year first time ever. won't need now brandy butter enough brandy in it, and rum .......and port yum yum :D:D just a splash of cream over the top for me.

 

then if any room (or still standing) my Christmas cake which has been pickled with what ever was left from the puds
