you get lotsa slugs in the shade, they eat hostas, where be you too in somerset howard 13 ?

 

just take a look at your local woods & see what grows in the shade there, you could base your ideas on varieties of wild fruit & herbage.

 

always fancied a shady borg garden myself, don't like the idea of being assimilated though.

anyway, back to plants howard 13, hearts tongue ferns, wood sorrel ( you can eat the leaves, very sharp lemon taste) bluebells, wild strawberry, enchanters nightshade, arum lillys & honeysuckle sounds good

wow, howard 26, our company operates out of long sutton. you have got some lovely flora out there on the levels frosty

only on flat bits :confused: no plants on slopes

i'v also fancied a borg garden as well, a bed of seven of nine ripe for picking ,assimilating bring it on,blibble
