Help! Good Home Wanted Urgently!!!

Sleepy, the one-year-old Rhode Island Red Rooster NEEDS your help....

 

He was sold to us as a hen, but his hormones had other ideas and took over - now he's wearing out his bride and driving the neighbours nuts with his cries of passion!

 

He's very inquisitive, stunning to look at, and nearly housetrained - imagine it now; HOW impressed your mates will be when they come calling, as you sit nonchalently sipping a beer from one hand whilst Sleepy goggles with you at the footy whilst perched upon your other wrist......

 

Joking apart, we really would appreciate help in finding him a new home. He's practically one of the family and although we'd love to keep him, it's just not going to work out - he's already receiving death threats because of his exuberance for the joys of living.

Oh you poor thing. If my situation was different I would certainly take him in. We are hoping to move in the next year so that we can also accommodate poultry and ducks. At the moment it just isn't possble.

My in laws have chucks but they already have a 'cock' well and truly at home, another would cause too many problems.

 

Why don't you get on line and see if there are any poultry farms/breeders in your area?
