The Avet was a joy to use.

After just one cast with mag's on 5 i was totaly confident with casting 6 & 8 oz leads plus large squid baits

without giving a second thought to spool control.

I also, once, set the rod down with the reel still in free spool, absolute no drama apart from

200 yards peeling off the reel before i noticed :blink:

 

The proof is always in the pudding.....

Deep joy :thumbs:

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!
