Don't handle fish like this.

Dragging fish up the bank in this fashion is very bad practice.

your right ferret ,you could quite easily tear the keepnet on flints or broken bottles ,worse still you could break a nail didnt i mention dragging nets up banks in another hotly disputed post

Anyone handling fish like in the picture wants banning from the banks, or better still put them in a net and drag them around the same way :mad: . I am fairly new to fishing and ALWAYS treat my catch with the utmost respect - I even talk to them with a little psychoanalysis which keeps them calm!!!

Probably wasn't an edit to the post but rather a substitution of pics on the storage site.

 

It was a strange thing to do though. Made your comment and Sue's completely invalid unless someone remembers the original.
