Sometimes, I despair.....

 

If a forum closes down and you think it may be because someone suggested legal action against them, then I wouldn't have thought that you need to be Einstein to realise that it's quite a serious issue.

 

If you want to enjoy this forum, therefore (or, more importantly, want to let the rest of the world enjoy it as they have done for the past three and a half years), please do not go dragging us into possible dispute by mentioning them on here!!

 

I'll put it down to a simple mistake this time, but urge all posters, old and new, to please absorb these two statements:

 

1. You are responsible for anything you post here. Details are at http://www.anglersnet.co.uk/bbrules.htm If I ever get sued by anyone for anything here, I'll have no choice but to sue the person responsible for the predicament. In all likelihood, any aggrieved party would take you to court, not me, anyway.

 

2. If we get any repeat performances of this, then we'll have to assume that they are done maliciously. Like I said, however, this time I'm putting it down to a simple mistake.

 

Please bear these in mind, chaps and chapesses. We have a lot of fun here and do a lot of good for angling. That could all be turned off at the flick of a switch because of a comment that should have been left untyped.

its that chesters bloke ,i`d ban him in a jot , love, chesters mentor

he was on that other site ,he did a post and suddenly the site was gone :confused:

i keep getting post for him with crests etc ,but as he`s just a figment of someones imagination i bin them ,weve had to buy a new front door 3 times this week ,we keep getting chaps in blue uniforms insisting their a 70`s pop group ,but they dont even know the words to their own songs ,mighty peculier
