For the last few times i fished my local canal before last week i was only catching 1 or 2 odd fish in a session. When i went 2 week ago i had only about 5 or 6, but when i went on Sunday i had over 30. Good to see things are getting better. No litter on the pegs either.

CANT WAIT FOR THE SUMMER :P:P

its because they know its the nearly close season by the start of the new one away they`l go :D

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

Babar..think it is the 14th march..till the 16th june..and i think that includes rivers as well...you do get the odd waters open all season..and no keepnets allowed..well it is where i am anyway...WILTSHIRE...(Think you was jokeing about the close season.).just thought i would remind you.. :P:rolleyes:

Just in case anyone really doesn't know,the closed season is 15th March to 15th June.

 

You can fish from the 16th June to the 14th March inclusive.
