i just want to thank every one who wrote back to me the last time i was in.. about my grandson who is only 4 years old.. and wanted to start fishing.. he had to pay £4's to fish.. i have been on the water since with him and have been told he can fish free.... as long as he is with an adult.. and i dont fish.. he caught his first 1 and a half pound carp... he was over the moon..hope to put a picture in of him.. when i can remember how to... :)

Excellent. And good on the kid. An angler is born. :D

 

If you have a digital copy of a picture on your PC or if you get a photo shop to give you digital ones (on CD or something), there are quite a few of us who'd be happy to put them on the forum for you. Just attach one/two/more to an email.

As for posting the pic, do you have a scanner?

I post the odd pic on AN but am a bit thick so printed out the topic "posting pictures to AN", it is so easy, just follow the instructions step by step.

If you need any help I will be more than happy to try and guide you through.

 

Well done to the lad, I fished for 14 days before I got my first Carp and it was 8lbs on a little spinning rod.
