FTR, koi means carp, so they're just called koi

Oh yes, forgot about them being ornamental fish, caught loads of ghosties, my favourite carp

I went to have a look at a few venues today I haven't fished and was watching a few Koi and tench following a guys float he was reeling in, it was magical.
