I really think you have taken my post rather seriously which was not my intention and for that i am sorry if you felt that way :sad2:

Not at all Hawk. I was just representing the other side of the argument. :) I am not a massive pike fisherman myself although I do take quite a few trips each year but I just thought it would be a good idea to discuss the subject further. The other thread seems to be doing quite well which is always the intended outcome of any thread on the forum.
