The equalivant officers over here often target the canoe/kyak guys. Poor fellows, I've yet to see one who didn't get at least 5 tickets. The mouthy ones loose their boat on the spot.

 

The officers do show bias I guess. But it's so EEEAAaassssyyy and most fishermen at least respect the officers and try to comply.
