:lol: Obviously why freshwater fish are more commonly regarded as "table fish" than here in the UK. Its the same the further you get inland in Europe. We often forget that here in the UK you cant ever be that far from the coast!

You guys keep talking about having good fresh ocean fish I'm gonna' start talking about a nice platter of fried zander (like BUDGIE says).

 

I'd have though someone would have thought of putting a few on an airplane - - - - - - but NOoooo. Fresh codfish is $11.99 lb here in Kansas City.

They could re-think display and display it in a lot more crushed ice, but no doubt there would be a raft of EU hygiene regulation relating to that which is un-workable.

 

Thats how we have it here, as far as i know we are in the same E.U.....Although we generally just ignore any ideas that don't make sense......... :lol::lol:
