100 Williams used to make pinball machines in the usa, anyone with a problem who contacted them was answered by uncle Willy. The 9th type of pinball machine made was the Flamingo, the only machine named after a bird allthough they did have one named after the mythical Phoenix.

Mega long shot but I hope it helps

34. I've got CRANE as the answer for another clue. I also think it could be Robin (Derek Trotter drives a Reliant Robin) - but have also got that as a cast iron answer to another clue!

73. DOH! I'd been through all the types of drum I could think of - including tomtom - just didn't consider that MOTMOT was a bird!

76. - how did you arrive at that?

78. - Still need that one explained to me - is it a synonym?

90. Bingo - defintely the right answer!

94. Already got sparrow as another answer

96. Yup spot on. Got that meself last night.

97. I 'THINK' the answer to this may be MERLIN - Ringo Starr appeared as Merlin in a 1974 film 'Son of Dracula' which bombed as soon as it premiered

100. Got flamingo as an answer already - there may be some mileage in the *bill idea....

Well done - any thoughts on 55, 81,82,91,98???
