This clue is correct.

I still don't have the answer yet.

The chap running the quiz is a tight bugger and giving no clues.

At the moment we are in first place having all of the questions correct apart fom this last one.

Come on get yer thinkin caps on.

Keeping with the fahrenheit theme it could be :

 

32 fahrenheit for water to burst

 

However I don't think translating lower case letters, i.e. ft, into a whole word is done in any of the other clues, so is probably completely wrong.

 

Acceleration due to gravity is 32 ft. per second per second, but I can't think of a way to fit that in either?
