It's nothing to do with youth. Alcohol and Brits = Stupidity.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

I do think it is a cultural thing, the way alcohol is perceived...By a large number of Brits as just the means to get out of their heads rather than a social activity.

 

I heard about some Brits getting a right pasting last night.

Apparently there was one drunken thug that relieved himself in full view of everybody, families and all outside a big bar in a tourist resort near me.

 

The Spanish owners called the police, who turned up to be met by the guy and his shirtless mates who were "all puffed up" as the Spanish guy told me this morning.

 

The cops gave the lot of them a beating with batons. :lol: :lol: :lol: Ive seen it happen before, they think the police will react in he same way as "back home"......Big mistake! :D

oh yes it is I should know I grew up with Youths in fact I was one myself and did some silly things while drunk wouldnt do em now though

No it's not. Brits can't handle their drink, especially when abroad. Age has little to do with it. Read Cap'n Cojones press release. It make no mention of age. Edited by corydoras

Just got a mail an hour ago asking if i want to escort ITV cameras around Benidorm for 3 days next week.............Im not sure what it is about, but i will be working as an interpreter and also finding locations pre filming for them...... :lol:

 

Got a quick meeting tomorrow pm, i know the money is good so ive taken a chance and said " im in" anyway...... should be a laugh, it normally is... :lol: :lol: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I've been on UK TV (ITV) already this year, BBC Radio in March(?) and Spanish TV twice presenting part of a music festival, has been a good year so far... :lol:

 

With this latest thing im involved with the director, finding them locations,(tomorrow) meeting up with owners of properties where they choose to film from, and working as an interpreter while filming goes on.

 

We are meeting up at 10am Sunday to spend most of the day picking locations, then filming Monday, Tuesday Weds i think.

 

I know what the program is now, but am not allowed to say anything about it.. :lol:

 

It is normally interesting, most of them are nice enough.
