Budgie, Peggy can't reply as she's collapsed in a heap on the floor, giggling.

BTW, it's OK talking about the pike and tench we're growing on, but don't mention the carp!

Bloomin heck boss I thought you said NOT to mention the carp! ;) Do you reckon they are going to be ready for the Fish In...........................or are we just going to have to stick to the traditional burgers and sausages?

I say grow the carp on and then sell them to the Polish community at Xmas . It's tradition like our Xmas Turkey. :). By the way has anyone caught any carp this year on the coarse lake...OOPS...I mean two? . Being a tench angler there really is no need to go much higher than 1,50TC rod. Being an eel angler too i was getting a bit bored so i thought of some easy fishing and chucked out a tea bag in silt popped up...Wish i hadn't now as i ran out of tea....

As long you got to be first in the queue for the traditional burgers at the BBQ or is it the burger van on the A28 way to wingham? ;)

I know them all on the A2. and the A23 and on the Sidcup by -pass. Can we turn the caravan at wingham into a carp burger van. We can catch them on the coarse lake shouldn't be a problem. I can't be done with hooking them on the carp lake as my arm would be worn out after 10 minutes...

Bruv Im getting pretty fed up of everyone insinuating that Im a greedy sod! It simply isnt true! The truth of the whole matter is as I have such impecable manners I feel that after all the effort Peggy has put in cooking its only good manners to be the first in the que and to eat as much as possible.............;)

No it's nor carp, Peggy's serving horse at the BBQ. Unless that is there's anything left of the guy who wandered off and left his rods unattended. :spiteful:
