The oldest radio sitcom (American) I can find is Amos 'n' Andy, which ran from 1928 to 1943.

 

The Goldbergs made it from radion to TV in 1949 and it, or possibly the short lived Life of Riley is the earliest TV sitcom I think. The Honeymooners wasn't far behind in 1950 and I Love Lucy a short time later in 1951.
