I would suspect threats to murder is more than an £80 fine

Probably not today ,the prisons need to be kept free for council tax defaulters

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

Barry's point is valid. Not only is the terrorist permitted to say what he jolly well likes, but despite the fact that he does overstep the boundaries there doesn't seem to be any sensible way of deal

Ok, guilty, I said Government and meant parliament....



Parliament can change laws, ergo the ECHR is not inextricably linked with UK law...if parliament doesn't want it to be!

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!

....and, if it were inextricably linked with UK law, the woman mentioned in the first post would have rights to appeal especially if using the way Qatada has been treated as a precedent surely?
