me missus dog chased a fox in the garden this afternoon as it was close to one of her chickens, next thing it was in the back door and hid behind one of the kitchen units, nothing was going to shift it. She phoned me and explained, however there was no way I was gonna come home from work so I suggested to call the rspca.

 

Next thing I heard, me daughter arrived and duly grabbed hold of it by the tail, yanked it out and chucked it in the pond, with the explanation that she wanted to discourage it from coming back, think it might work?

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

speaking to the missus again tonight, foxes are milling around within the back gardens, last night she saw at least half a dozen, yes she has chickens, but they ain't getting fat on them because the dog see's to that, but they must be getting food from somewhere. Setting up the trap again as seeing if we can clear a few out.

If you trap them and let them go elsewhere you are condemming them to a slow death unfortunately ,they fight for their patches they have now ,dropping them into another patch will get hard on at least two foxes until stability is formed by death or being chased into the next patch and so on.as said its a hard life being a fox

If they are being trapped and shot another fox will be around to fill the gap fairly quickly

They are not as healthy as country foxes so die easier anyway ,if people didnt live in this throwaway lifestyle there would be far fewer town foxes

 

Theres probably more town foxes per acre than country ones ,we see far more badgers in the garden than foxes on the night vision cameras we have ,infact more blooming deer than foxes
