Hello,

ive been looking at the mick brown pike book, 'pike fishing; the practice and the passion'. and 'pike' by fred buller on ebay. are either of these books worth getting, in view of a nice read and also good advice on pike fishing?

Thanks, dave.

Both are good books mate.Micks being the most up to date.Mega Pike by Eddie Turner is good. Although dated look out for anything from Rickards or Gay.Dave Horton also has a book out as well, not read it myself but the guy is an experienced piker with some individual ideas.

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

I have to agree with you lot have posted so far that most good pike books is worth reading especially they have been mention above - 'Pike fishing; the practice and the passion' by Mick Brown, Mega Pike by Eddie Turner, and How to catch bigger pike by Paul Gustafson. There are lot of good advice and tips for the beginners and even to the far more experience pike anglers

Steve, are those fishing books really going at those prices when selling them? If they are I would be an millionaire soon if I sold mine at that price.

:D
