Some great shots recently. I too really liked MrWiggly's grandmother/grandchild shot. :thumbs:

Always a good idea to go out at night after a shower for B&W shots ...

The reflections off cobbles and other surfaces make for a lot better picture. :D:D

Can I suggest a slightly longer exposure to bring out more detail ?

Wiggly. :D

cheers mrwiggly

you can indeed suggest a longer exposure as like you say it will bring out more detail and should bring the reflections in the water and a smooth water effect into play.......im always glad to hear peoples views and glad you picked up on this! cheers mate.

and cheers for the kind comment Mick.....yer i think that one did turn out better then i thought to be honest but i did get the pic i was after which is always a bonus!

Excellent attempt Ollie !!! :clap::clap:

I don't know if you have cropped the picture, but in my opinion it would have looked better with the whole "light circles" showing ..

It's all about experimenting, and trying something new. Absolutely the best way to learn !! :lol:

Well done mate !! :thumbs:

Wiggly. :rolleyes:

Hope you don't mind Ollie ... I had a little play with one of your pics.

Just to show what a little more exposure can do ...

Some have been out for a week or more, but this one is "at the bottom of the garden". Thought I would try some long range (30mtrs) macro :)

Video cam and scope. No idea of the focal length :) but the scope was set at 50x.
