What's'Spring"??

We have 'The Wet' and 'The Dry'........But this year we had a "wet dry" and winter. :yucky: Got very, very cold minimum temp was 8 C

Actually, Spring will arrive about Sept.

First decent sunset of the season round this way, after our village fete (and a few beers), so a touch of the DT's is possible... (my wife just sighed when I told her that the light was beautiful and that I had to get my camera... )

The sugar cane harvesting season is on and some of the 'cane cockies' set fire to the crop prior to cutting. Here is a pic of one cane fire sunset. More smoke haze......

The last half decent sunrise I seen in terms of colours was a couple of weeks ago on the Mull of Galloway.

Mate, a very nice pic.......But, tell me; what's "daft" about getting up early??
