I have never met him, but without his input whatever we think of it, AN would have lost a good voice from someone who believes in what he does for a living, and now days that is short on the ground.

Wurzel - Love him or loathe him at least the guy is real, he exists and he does what he thinks best (although I think he cant possibly believe all he says), He fights his corner and you must respect that, he will debate a subject with you without little personnal exchange Except the light hearted stuff. He writes to the fishing news and even admits he is wrong at times. He isnt frightened to put his real name behind his comments. Rather have 50 Wurzels than 1 fake without a clue about commercial fishing whose every post is a personnal slight on somone else, and whats more the guy's an angler too, a real angler and not a pretend 1.
