Tubularbelle I understand completely what you are saying about technology. This is our first slr camera we have bought and I have to say I was amazed by the prices of some of the others. It can be hard to compete with people who have all these amazing filters and lenses but there is definetly alot of satisfaction in looking outside the box, using some imagination and setting up a shot that millions of lenses and filters would have no effect on.

Why do I feel old?? No he doesn't make me scale his fish lol hes a catch and release guy. I suppose it's just the age my 2 girls are at they can be very demanding sometimes bless them! Luckily though they are very photogenic and I love taking photos of them.

 

P.S your photos are great you are lucky to live in such a gorgeous place there must be so many great places to take photos of.
