Only a few minutes to go now!

 

And Im sat in the house on the lap top! cant believe it first time (when Ive been in the country) I have ever not been sat on the waters edge clock watching in 35 years!

 

Ah well good luck to you all and let us know how you get on.Tight lines.

i'll be on that there riverbank just about dawn (club rules dawn till dusk fishing only :schmoll: ) but its all good in the end,i've a feeling the trent will be in good form

its 2:09 (AM!) and the alarm sounded ten minutes ago. I am armed with large, fresh batch of juicy worms from my compost heap and 4 pints of maggots/castors. Taking my old dad to the trent in Notts for an early fathers day present. Hoping for muchious rod bending moments.

 

Weather forecast looks good so even if you dont have lots of fish I hope you all have a great day's fishing.

Cant sleep thinking that someone will be in my swim that I have been feeding up for the last fortnight my alarm clock is due to off in 30 mins time see if I can get some shut eye befoe Tinca Time. Good Luck to everyone for the new season.

Just about to leave for my venue,the car is loaded,making the pack up now and off we go.

Fishing seems to be my favorite form of loafing.
