need some advice from the wise looklig at argos for a carp pole

 

what aret he best out of these......page 145 if you wanna take a look

 

looking at the:

 

keenets match pro carp cadet :8m elastic rating 20 included ready to go 49.99

 

browning syntec club acces pole :9.5 (865g) elastic rating 14 ready to go 59.99

 

 

any other recommendation would be ace

i agree with kempo, but sometimes we have to, there prices are good. i have just bought the assassin11, 11m pole, and for the price i think its a good buy. with 1 top 3 section, and 2 top 2 sections. hope this helps whitey

hi kempo, just wondering why you think the argos stuff is not up to it, im only asking because i have been looking at the carp package, its just in my budget for a pleasure fisher. argos carp outfit i would be greatful for your advice before i think about a purchase

there gear has improved over the years and now i wouldnt mind owning a rod from argos. there poles look quite good actually

If you buy a "named" piece of tackle it makes no difference if you buy it from Argos or your local tackle shop.

Which length and strength would best suit the places you normally fish?

I have an Assassin 2 pole bought for me at Argos last Christmas!

Nowt wrong with it, it is superb!!

Just check the prices, not all Argos stuff is "cheap". I paid over £100 less for a camera by shopping around on the net.
